Sea Games 2017. Your Contribution As Malaysian?

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

As you know this week we had been able about SEA Games 2017. The 2017 Southeast Asian Games, officially known as the 29th Southeast Asian Games and commonly known as Kuala Lumpur 2017 is a Southeast Asian multi-sport event that will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 19 to 30 August 2017, with 404 events in 38 sports to be featured in the games. This will be the sixth time Malaysia host the games and its first time since 2001.

Since then, i could see that Malaysian sport has seen its ups and downs. Despite that, it has never lost its vibrancy and excitement, especially among sports fans who always support their local sporting heroes. Since this week I was not feeling well but I still had a chance to watch the sea games in television.

I only attempt to watch football match between Malaysia and Myanmar. Its such a great games! MALAYSIA produced a composed performance in the 3-1 win over Myanmar in match to confirm their semi-final spot at the Shah Alam Stadium. My contribution as Malaysian is giving support from a far. As a malaysian people , i think we should have spirit in our Malaysia sport no matter what happen. I was really excited watching their match between Myanmar. N.Thanabalan's brace and a goal by Safawi Rasid earned Malaysia the memorable win, N Thanabalan's such man of the match on that night. I am really proud as a Malaysian. Those some of people that was been able to be there at the stadium was really cheerful and giving suppport to our football team player. They already shows their potential in the match.

Other than that, I had also watch Khairul Hafiz Jantan ended Malaysia's 14-year wait for a Sea Games 100m champion after winning the blue riband race at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil last night. It such an amazing! I as a Malaysian was really happy. We should give them support all and out no matter they win or not but as a Malaysian we should do this as to show them that we were proud of them. For those who watch any match at the Stadium could gives somes cheer to make the games became challenging. As a malaysian , we were really proud and hopefully Malaysian will won more golds in the 2017 Sea Games.

The best thing happen in my life

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone! For this week entry I have to share the best thing happen in my life. Its around a month ago. My friends and I were going for a short holiday. We had choose Penang as our short vacation.

I go with my friends Mina,Zana,Nurin,Rozi and Shahidah. Actually all of us loved to do an outdoor activities. We go to our holiday vacation by a car. I drove my car to Penang. Our journey started from Sungai Petani to Pulau Pinang which taking times for almost 2 hours. We spend our time together with laughing,talking and singing in the car.

We arrived to our destination at Penang Escape Park Theme. We were really excited to start our adventures together.
Escape was a place that known as a theme park with an exciting and challenging activities that promoted wellness in the great outdoors. Its was a place that everyone could have fun no matter old or for young people.

Firstly, we bought the ticket before started our activities. We started our games at Penang Escape Theme Park Atan's Leap. We becomed like Atan ( The hero of the park) and leap through the air. Experience the exhilation of an exciting games. Then, we go to monkey business. There are three levels for us to try and its is suitable for monkey of all ages as well as for team building. Next, we were going to another games. We were really enjoyed our adventures until the last games.

Before we go back to Sungai Petani, we stopped at Batu Ferigghi for eating while breathing fresh air at that beach. Many thing that we do on that day. Its was really fun for spending time together with my friends eventhough its was a short vacation but we were so happy and hopes that we can have a short vacation again next year. Its was the best thing happen in my life :)

The Most Interesting Subject

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone. Hopefully you all are doing well and in a good of health.

Our entry topic for this week was quiet interesting because its about our most interesting subject in KPTM that we had in learn for this semester. Actually, all of the subject that we had learn in this semester was interesting but one of the most interesting subject that we like is Principal Of Financial Accounting by Madam Haslina Azahari.

The reason why this subject was really interesting because for us this subject such a challenging subject for us to score but we really love studying this subject eventhought our madam was a strict person. We do have a basic account when studying in primary school. its quite challenge because we have to studying this subject in english so its hard for us to catch what have been teaching by madam but we tried to understand and doing a revision every day.

Mostly we really understand on this subject because madam teach us until we understand. When we were in primary school our teacher for "Prinsip Perakaunan" was not too strict. She was really kind and its make us hard to understand what she had teaching but we do not blame on her. Thats was our mistakes because we did not doing revision and try to ask the teacher when we in primary school. Last but not least, we hopes that we can get a better result for this subject because this subject became our most interesting subject. We will work hard to score in this subject and makes our madam proud of us.

KPTM 's Song Review

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

For this entry we have to do a song review. This is our first time doing this song review because before this we just could see some artist review their product. Its is quite hard for us to make a song review but we try to complete this entry :) 

The tittle of the song that we have to review is "Puncak Awan" which is the song of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara. The lyrics for this song is in Malay. This song contains about 12 lines and each stanza have 4 lines. We were really enjoyed listening to this song when we were in our orientation day. The meaning of this song really interesting. For us, its is a nice song especially for student to raise the spirit for studying at KPTM.

This lyrics start with Kolej Poly Tech Mara's name for this college. After that, you can took the lyrics
in line 1 which is mean the symbolic of excellence for all the student at KPTM. Then, proactive in the lyrics can describe a student who gets things done. If you are proactive, you make things happen, instead of waiting for them to happen to you. Another words in this lyrics that can be describe is professional that is mean relating to a person's work, especially works that requires special training. In this lyrics told us that the student have to be smart in studying and be professional.


Other than that,in stanza two also repeats the words in stanza one. In this stanza they told us thats KPTM wants to uphold the trust of state and want all the student to be more excellence in the world.
In another stanza, this lyrics told us that all the student must have courages to faces all the hurdle. Another line also give a meaning that all the student must be brave to move or heading to the top of the cloud to make us gets feeling like the top of the world. Then also courages us together unite to reach out for all the insight.

Hari Raya Celebration

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

This week i would like to share with you my experience regarding Hari Raya Celebration by KPTMAS. On 23 th july, the ceremony was held at Dewan Kilat TNB. The ceremony start at 11.00 a.m. On that day before going to the ceremony we had to go for our Proficiency English 1 class at 8.00 a.m until 10.00 a.m.

After finished our class, quickly we waited for the bus to pick up us for going to the ceremony. Almost one hour we waited for the bus to arrive. The bus came late causing us to be late there.

After arrived at the Dewan Kilat TNB, there were many people there. We could see them there dressed beautifully and neatly. The place also very beautiful decorated by some of the student of KPTMAS. We were really excited to be there. All of the student of KPTM Alor Setar came to the ceremony before this we only met some of the student because our campus was not in the same place.

There were many food at the ceremony. The food was very delicious and we were really enjoyed eating all the food there. We were so full on that day. After that, they played Hari Raya Song which make us feel really enjoyed on that day.  Then, we took some pictures with our classmates and friends as a memories. We were really happy on that day and hopes that we can join this ceremony next year :)

First Week Of Lecturer

Hello everyone!

Today, We would like to share with you about our first week of lecturer at Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Alor Setar. First of all, we would like to say thanks a lot for choosen us in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara. We were so excited to join programs Diploma in Business Managment. We were in same class that was class AB1B.

 We got many new friends at here. Our classmates were very kind and funny. We had already known each other in the class. We were really enjoyed and praised to be here in that class.

On 9th July, our first class start with Proficiency English 1 ( HPE 1013) by Madam Hamizah Hamzah. She was really kind to us. She ask us to wrote a short story about ourself. We were really enjoyed her class.

Next class was Information Skills ( TTS 2233) by Madam Rohayu Bt Osman. Her nickname was Madam Ayu. She was very strick person in the class. In her first class she only introduce about herself and about computer system. She likes to tell us about a story with a moral value. Many knowledge we got from her story.

After that, our third class was Fundamentals Of Management (PMG 1083) by Madam Aniss Yusairah Bt Abdul Kadir. She was very kind and always make us laugh :D That was our class for today.
On this week we have to do an assignment group for Principle Of Financial Accounting. We had already finished my task on assignment and learn many new thing in making an assignment in a group.

After finished our class we have to wait for the bus for going back to our hostel at Taman Permodalan.
We were really enjoyed in this first week!

Memories Of Orientation Days

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

 My name is Adilah and my partner's name is Nur Asmina. For my first entry I would like to share with you my memories of orientation days at KPTM Alor Setar. Hopes you guys enjoy reading this entry:)

On the day I came to campus for the first time as a college freshwoman I was up at 5.00 a.m. The registration on 3rd July 2017 start on 9.00 a.m at Suka Menanti Campus in Mergong. My father had driven my family and I to that place. Its only took one hour to reach there since my home was at Perlis so its doesn't took a long time journey. I have reach there at 8.00 a.m and i could see some students also there to register themself. I can't explain my feeling I got when I was standing for the first time at that campus.

After finished registered as a student at KPTM Alor Setar, I have to go to the hostel at Taman Permodalan which only took 10 minutes to reach there. Then when I was there I took all my things and tidy up all my things into the locker. While tidy up my things I could see my roomates which is Rodzi, Shahidah and Nurin also there preparing their things because at 4.00 p.m we have to gathered at the hall. On that time, my partner Nur Asmina also being my housemates but she was in another room. I was feel so excited to know them more :D

We were so close by just 2 weeks but now some of them got another offer and quit from here.

Always miss you guys :'(

At 4.00 p.m, we have to gather at the hall which was state behind our room. Then, there were almost one hundred student in the hall. After that, we were divided into a group. Luckily, I was in the same group with my roomate!, Shahidah so i don't feel worried to join that group. Meanwhile asmina was in another group. We were separated from them :( but its okay. The facilitators also have to choose group for them to monitor us in our orientation days and there were six group at there. Next, we have to do some icebreaking sesion. We need to introduce ourself with our team groups and know thems more. I feel so shy but try to control my confident level in front of them huhu..

Next day, we woke up early to perform subuh prayer and quickly get ready to go at the hall for the next activities. On 8.30 a.m , the activity starts with an exercise among the students. I was feel so happy and feel so fresh in that morning :D. After that, we had some breakfast and ate together at the hall. After taking our breakfast we had a talk about rules in KPTM Alor Setar and the talk started yuntil evening. Then, we had to do some activity that was called as ' Radio Buruk' and we were really enjoyed that game!

Last day of orientation, we had some briefing about Malaysia University Ebglish Test. After that, we had our breakfast together. Then, we need to go for a visit to our campus and we were bring to have some sightseeing around Bandaraya Alor Setar. I am feel so excited on that day! At the end of the day , the closing ceremony was successfully done by the director of KPTM Alor Setar. We were so happy and enjoyed our orientation days. All of our facilitators were so kind and sporting. Many experiences and knowledge that i got from this orientation :) here were some pictures of us! Thankyou for reading this entry :)
